As the press service of the Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights reports, transgender Roman Sorokin asked for the political asylum in France.
As Roman Sorokin said, he had got information about the initiation of a criminal case against him in Russia during a meeting of  LGBT activists abroad, also Roman Sorokin found out from mass-media about the illegal search in the house of his lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov August 19, 2013 with the participation of the FSB of Russia. Roman Sorokin considers, that the illegal search related to the protection of the rights of Roman Sorokin and LGBT-people.
As Roman Sorokin said, he decided not to return to Russia and began the process of obtaining the status of a political refugee in France, because the situation in Russia unsafe for him.
Lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov commented the situation and said, that the Russian government openly and deliberately pursues LGBT, which can only be compared with the persecution of Jews by Hitler in Nazi Germany. The lawyer said, that the LGBT community has chosen a peaceful form of protest and defend their rights by conducting gay parades. Vladimir Putin organized the campaign against LGBT community and discriminates LGBT, LGBT activists came to the forefront of protest and resists to fascist regime, which established in Russia. As lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov reminded, Vladimir Putin chose the Eurasian way of development of Russia, which is one of the branches of fascism.

As the press service of the Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights reports, lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov had received the threats from FSB of Russia in connection with the independent position as a lawyer and human rights defender.

As the lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov said, the authorities continued the pressure against him in connection with the protection of LGBT-activist Roman Sorokin. As Evgeny Arkhipov reported, he have got the threats of the closing of the Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights and the person threats after action near the Ministry of Internal Affairs August 06, when several activists were arrested and were taken to the police department «Jakimanka».

As Roman Sorokin said, the representatives of FSB conversed with him about the lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov all the time, that Roman Sorokin spent in police department "Jakimanka". As Roman Sorokin reported, the representatives of intelligent service wanted to know all about the relations between Roman Sorokin and his lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov.

As the lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov said, the civil activists Vadim Domnitsky and Alexander Uvarov were detained during an unauthorized search August 19, 2013 in house of  lawyer Evgeny Arkhipovs in Domodedovo district of Moscow region. The activists were delivered to the police department "Barybino" of Domodedovo district, where had been interrogated and beaten by representatives of FSB.

As the experts of Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights reported, The 5 May march and rally in Moscow were held without incidents, but the experts reported about the violation of freedom of speech. The specialists drew attention, that most publications about the The 5 May march had clearly negative character. The experts of Association said, that the they found the negative review in opposition mass media also. The experts stressed, that the mass media had understated the real number of participants of The 5 May march.  The specialists of Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights posed the question: how can one part of the opposition to proclaim the freedom of speech and democratic principles exposing the censorship another part of opposition?
As the experts of Association reported, about  3,000 to 5,000 people participated in The 5 May march.

The Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights received a complaint from the opposition lawyer of Bar Association of the Khabarovsk Region Galina Perfilieva in connection with the disciplinary proceedings against her by the initiative of vice president of the Bar Mr Sadokhin. As Galina Perfilieva told, the persecution was initiated under the far-fetched guise for alleged non-payment fees of three months to the Bar Association of the Khabarovsk Region.

Alexander Dolmatov, a member of the Other Russia unregistered party, committed suicide last night in the 'expulsion center' in Rotterdam, as it became known from the Geert Ates, the chair of the anti-racism network UNITED, the lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov said.
According to the information available, Alexander Dolmatov's asylum request was turned down. However, Alexander was not to be threatened with deportation as the negative decision has been appealed by Alexander's lawyer. It is known that last Sunday he committed two attempts of suicide in the refugee center in Amsterdam. The following day he was moved to a closed "expulsion" facility in Rotterdam although the administration of the refugee center must have taken all the measures to prevent suicidal attempts. Alexander took his life in Rotterdam detention center at night of January 17.

As informed the Press Service of the Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights, the creators of Ruski Democratic Republic strongly recommend to Gerard Depardieu to get the residence permit in Ruski Republic. They remind that new citizen of Russia and Russian actor Gerard Depardieu said in the Russian mass media about his decision to live, "where the Gosfilmofond" on the territory of Domodedovo in Moscow region / http:/ / www.1tv.ru/news/culture/223344/. As informed the representatives of the Ruski National Liberation Movement - a temporary form of control of RDR -, they are ready to meet Mr. Depardieu and bring to his attention the condition of the getting the residence permit in Ruski Democratic Republic and the information about  the referendum from 15 May to 15 June 2013 on the creation of Ruski Democratic Republic. Moreover, as one of the leaders of Ruski National Liberation Movement lawyer Evgeny Arkhipov said, Gerard Depardieu, who changed the European citizenship and declined from the high taxes in Europe, he will recognize about  the intention of Ruski National Liberation Movement to integrate Ruski Democratic Republic in European Union.
