29.04.2013 The civil activists reported about the transposition of the item tolls on the federal highway M4 "Don"

As the press service of the Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights reported, Evgeny Arkhipov, the leader of the group of the creation of Ruska Democratic Republic, the item tolls on the federal highway M4 "Don" by 52 km were stopped its work in the night from 25 to 26 April 2013, the item tolls moved to 71 km and posted on the border of Domodedovo and Stoupinsky districts of Moscow Region.

As Evgeny Arkhipov said about the transposition of the item tolls, the human rights and freedoms are not violated, the law and the will of the 95% of Domodedovo residents is respected, the principles of democracy are not violated. Also Evgeny Arkhipov considers, that the transposition of the item tolls on the federal highway M4 "Don" is the victory over the absurd and stupidity, it is a victory of all the residents of Domodedovo, the victory of civil society, the victory of justice.
Evgeny Arkhipov also said that the initiative group of Ruska Democratic Republic held a meeting  with the activists from other regions of Russia, who supported the creation of Ruska Democratic Republic in October 2012. The activists discussed the relevance of the referendum of the proclamation of republic, constitution and the integration of republic into European Union from May 15 to June 15, 2013 .
As Evgeny Arkhipov told, the activists decided to abandon the referendum in 2013. The activists consider, that the basis of the exhausted as the authorities recognized the results of the referendum in 2007. However, the initiative group decided to create the Kiev-Ruthenian cultural autonomy, which will unite the free people, who consider themselves as the masters of their own land, people, who ready to protect and defend human rights and freedoms, ready to help people who need of protection. Evgeny Arkhipov stressed, that the cultural autonomy does not have borders and open to people: the highest value for free people is the possibility of self-realization in different spheres - policy, art, culture, etc.
