European civil society organizations, its representatives, activists from Armenia, Austria, Britain, Bulgaria, Russia, France, and other countries have decided to join efforts in fighting corruption. In the context of the global financial crisis, problem of corruption in Europe has become global. The effectiveness of fight against corruption is directly connected with the unity of Europe and Russia. And Russia initiates the idea of combating against corruption in Europe. The future of Europe is impossible without Russian participation of we all know that Russia is one of the major participants in the European geo-strategic space and one of the guarantors of a stable development of Europe. Open European Anti-Corruption Center CLEAN HANDS WITHOUT BORDERS based on successful experience of Russian Anti-Corruption project "Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights". It is not enough intra mechanisms of states to decide problems of corruption, it is necessary to attract international institutions, international experience, international collaboration and support. During the press conference the details of Open European Anti-Corruption Center activity and some cases of corruption which show the violations of Human Rights and fundamental principles of international law will be announced.
